Submission Options:

Authors can submit their work in different formats as follows:

Full Paper

Papers are 6 to 8 pages and should be registered by at least one non-student author. This should be registered by at least one non-student author.

Workshop Paper

Papers are 6 to 8 pages submitted to one of the workshops (all papers will be included in the same proceedings) and should be registered by at least one non-student author.

Student Paper

MCNA offers a distinctive platform for students at all academic levels involved in diverse multimedia disciplines to showcase their continuous technical work and innovative ideas. This occasion fosters meaningful interactions, enabling participants to receive valuable feedback and suggestions from esteemed researchers in the field. Moreover, the symposium aims to cultivate a global community of supportive multimedia students, fostering social and intellectual engagement among students, researchers, and professionals from academia, industry, and government. Students at any academic level are encouraged to submit a concise paper (up to 4 pages) summarizing their technical work, which may include ongoing research or a technical project. Submissions will undergo thorough review by a program committee, and accepted papers will be presented by the students during oral or poster sessions (to be determined upon acceptance). The paper should be authored solely by the student and their supervisor. Student registration (a reduced registration) will suffice to cover this submission track if the student is the attending individual.

Paper Format:

All papers should be submitted in PDF format. Please use one of the following templates prepare your manuscript. Failur to do so may result in direct rejection.

DO NOT include headers/footers or page numbers in your submission. Also, you should not change the template in any way.

Author List:

Kindly make certain that you submit your papers with the complete and ultimate roster of authors in the accurate sequence. The author lineup recorded for each submission must remain unchanged in any manner after the paper submission deadline.

Originality

Papers submitted to MCNA must be the original work of the authors. The may not be simultaneously under review elsewhere. Publications that have been peer-reviewed and have appeared at other conferences or workshops may not be submitted to MCNA. Proofreading:

Please proofread your submission carefully. It is essential that the language use in the paper is clear and correct so that it is easily understandable. (Either US English or UK English spelling conventions are acceptable.)

Submission System:

Paper submissions will be handled through EasyChair. You need to select the appropriate track for your submission. All authors should be listed in the EasyChair submission with their correct affiliations and emails.

IMPORTANT: No-Show Policy

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to the conference and present the paper. Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings. A paper not presented or presented by a non-author without prior written approval by the TPC Chair will be removed from the final conference proceedings and no registration refund can be made to the authors of these papers.

Publication:

All papers that are accepted, registered, and presented in MCNA and the workshops co-located with it will be submitted to IEEEXplore for possible publication.
